By accessing or using MyPokerSeries (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

MyPokerSeries is a web-based platform that allows users to:

• Browse poker tournament schedules
• Analyze tournament structures
• Track results and bankroll
• Manage expenses
• Generate statistics and export data (PDF, CSV)
• Interact with other users

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

• Free plan available
• Pro plan billed annually (19.99 USD / EUR)

• Payment processed via Stripe
• Subscription renews automatically
• Cancellation possible anytime
• Access remains until end of billing period

All prices are final. VAT not applicable (Article 293B of the French Tax Code).

No refunds are provided once access to the service has been granted.

By subscribing, you waive your right of withdrawal.

You retain ownership of your data.

You grant us permission to store and use it to provide the service.

The information relating to poker tournaments is provided for informational purposes only.

It is sourced from third-party organizers or public sources.

We do not organize or control tournaments.

Information is provided “as is” without warranty.

Organizers may modify events at any time.

Users must verify all information with the organizer.

KolmucK shall not be liable for:

• Inaccuracies
• Outdated data
• Reliance on information
• Any resulting damages

The Stake Packages feature lets a player (the “horse”) organise a staking deal and share read-only information with their backers (the “stakers”). It is an organisational tool only.

MyPokerSeries:

• Handles no money — all payments occur directly between horse and stakers, off-platform
• Does not verify the results, bullets, prizes or any figures declared by the horse
• Is not a party to the staking agreement between horse and stakers
• Guarantees no outcome, refund or payment

The horse is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they record. The staker invests on the basis of personal trust in their horse and remains responsible for their own due diligence.

Any dispute between horse and staker is governed by the law applicable between them. KolmucK shall not be liable for any loss arising from default, fraud or disagreement between the parties.

The service does not provide gambling or financial advice.

We are not liable for:

• Financial losses
• Data loss
• Service interruptions

Users may delete their account at any time.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older.

These Terms are governed by French law.

We may update these Terms at any time.
